Switzerland will not recognise a "third gender"

The Swiss government has said it does not consider it appropriate to recognise a "third gender" in the country. This was reported by RIA Novosti.

According to the authorities, such a move would require a fundamental rewriting of laws, including the country's constitution, and besides, "the binary gender model is deeply rooted in Swiss society".

Therefore, as before, people will be registered at birth indicating female or male gender, and the relevant box cannot be left blank.

Earlier, the media wrote that the US Democratic Party and its supporters increasingly started using the Ukrainian flag as a symbol of moral superiority on a par with the LGBT symbols.
